About Our Founder & Owner
Rebekah (Becky) Dreese, PHR, is the founder and owner of Thrive HR Mangement.
For 25 years, Becky worked for small companies and start-ups, where she gained an appreciation for the hard work, enthusiasm, and teamwork of building a company, getting a product to market, or designing something new.
Between 2013 – 2021, Becky worked as an HR Director, earned her PHR certification, and a Human Resources Management degree.
Today, Becky brings insight and experience to companies looking for HR support as they grow and develop. Her passion for employee engagement and business success is the foundation of Thrive HR Management.
